 Yvonne is part of the Sunset Group with Showtime Realty and brings nearly five decades of real estate investment, management, and brokerage experience to her clients. A licensed real estate professional since 1985, she began her career in California, where she was also an active real estate investor and property manager as early as 1976. Shortly after earning her license, she joined CCIM, further strengthening her expertise in commercial real estate.

Recognized by RE Top 100 Magazine in California, Yvonne later relocated to Sarasota, Florida, where she obtained her Florida real estate license in 1990. Her practice spans commercial, office, retail, shopping centers, residential properties, and condominiums, offering clients a comprehensive and strategic approach across multiple asset types.
