Robert D. Bevington

Licensed Real Estate Agent

bob bevingtonI haven’t always been a Realtor®.  However, I have enjoyed a lifetime of experience in all areas of customer service, having been employed in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry for over 35 years.  My customer service experience began in 1979 washing dishes at a local bar/restaurant as a high school student. This position led me to my first profession which included purchase, design, ownership and management of several restaurants in Pennsylvania, two of which I still own and manage from Florida. I have also managed numerous self-owned and client-owned properties with stay lengths on furnished vacation destination properties as short as one day, to those unfurnished properties with leases extending well over five years.  I strongly believe that successful property management starts with a high level of customer service to both the tenant and the property owner.

When you choose me as your Realtor®, you will be hiring someone who understands the wide variety of properties in our area of South West Florida, Sarasota and Siesta Key.  I am just as comfortable working with clients looking in downtown Sarasota as with those searching for Gulf Front on Siesta Key… I know the market and the many nuances that come with it.

Upon passing my licensing exam, I accepted full time position with The Showtime Group – with Keller Williams on the Water Sarasota. My skills will help you buy or sell Real Estate anywhere in Florida.  My best client may be those looking to transition to Florida from another state I’ve done it personally and helped many through the process.  Allow me to show you how to purchase wisely and use that home part of the time for your personal use then as an income property when you are unable to be here.  The demand for short or long term rentals and guest stay properties is strong.

Ready to transition to Paradise- either full or part time?  Ready to buy or rent a home in the sunshine? Let Me Show You Where!

(Bob was licensed in 2017 as a real estate agent. He brings a lifetime of experience in customer service. Having purchased, designed, owned and managed several restaurants and vacation properties. Successful property management starts with a high level of customer service to both the tenant and the property owner. When you choose me as your Realtor®, you are hiring someone who understands the wide variety of properties in Gulf Coast, Central, and Atlantic Coast of Florida. Bonnie Bevington

Licensed Real Estate Agent

My journey to the world of Real Estate began in much the same way as most of the realtors I’ve ever met.  That is to say, it wasn’t my first profession!  I am originally from Pennsylvania. I enjoyed a career in education which spanned nearly thirty years.  As a Special educator, I facilitated success for students of varying ages and ability levels.  I loved every aspect of my career and felt like I had made a positive impact of the students I worked with, as well as their parents.  It was immensely rewarding!

I met my husband 22 years ago, and almost immediately became a part of “his” business, which was owning & operating restaurants.  I helped mostly as a hostess, but also worked in the kitchen some nights expediting orders.  I loved being the person my kitchen staff and servers could count on to make their jobs just a little bit easier. At one point, we owned three active restaurants.  As we began the transition to living full-time in Florida, we sold one- leaving us currently with two, which we own and operate from Florida with the help and leadership of an amazing staff.

Fast forward to May of 2019.  My husband once again helps to facilitate a career change which I never suspected would happen! I met Anna through him, and began working on her team in June, and became licensed here in Florida in July of 2019. Anna calls me an Executive Assistant, but I think of myself as her “girl Friday.”  I work behind the scenes, mostly on the phone, in our paper files, and on the computer.  I am once again the person behind the scenes who helps others get their jobs done.  It’s a place I love to be, and as I learn more and more about the world of Real Estate, a place I am happy to call Home.

michele good

Michele was raised in Elida, Ohio and moved to Souderton Pennsylvania to raise her children Bradley and Kimmy. When the kids graduated high school, Michele moved to Colorado, but quickly relocated to Cape May, NJ because she did not care for the cold and snow. Michelle loved Cape May and after 20 years of being a certified nurse she decided to follow her dream of being a realtor.

Her next dream was to move to Sarasota, Florida as she and her family wintered there since she was young. Sarasota is her home now and she and many of her family members are close.

Despite being a licensed realtor in New Jersey and Florida, Michele is always available when people have questions, as she enjoys helping and educating people through the sometimes stressful and confusing times of buying or selling homes. Her greatest reward is when her clients get to the finish line, and they move into their new home or get that check after selling.

Michele loves spending time with family & enjoy baking healthy items. She decompresses by going to the beach or relaxing at home with her dog Tobi and cat Logan and visits her kids and grandchild in Steamboat Springs, CO several times a year.

“I absolutely love living in Sarasota. It’s always been a dream of mine to live here! It’s hard to believe that I not only was able to achieve getting my realtor’s license in NJ but also here in the Sunshine state!

My dream is to have financial freedom & live 2 months of summertime in Colorado, and the rest of the time here in my house by the water with my significant other!

I will drive a Cadillac one day…”

Stephanie Pires

Director of First Impressions

Stephanie was born in Princeton New Jersey but spent every summer in Long Beach Island where her fondest memories of beach life were engrained. She graduated Kutztown University in Pennsylvania with a Fine Arts degree and shortly after moved to Sarasota to attend Ringling School of Art and Design where she earned her Graphic Arts degree.

After Ringling she went to pursue a career in Graphic Arts in Orlando Florida starting with designing in print shops where she learned all about 4 color printing. She then began to work at larger companies in their marketing departments where she learned the ins and outs by taking in every bit of advice and wisdom she could gain from the people around her.

“I was guided and mentored by some very smart people who are still friends today and I always keep in contact to see what insight I can gain from their ongoing experiences in the industry.”

After working for several companies Stephanie went out on her own, starting her own business, and was able to teach herself website design and video editing as she wanted to be able to do anything her clients desired and not lose the opportunity to learn new things by farming jobs out. Each client and job opportunity was highly rewarding to her.

After being in Orlando over 20 years, opportunity and family drew Stephanie, her significant other and dog Axel back to Sarasota where she is starting another chapter in life.

“I couldn’t be happier being in this beautiful town again and living so minutes from the beach. Being close to my parents and twin cousins and kids is a blessing. The stars aligned to bring me back here.”

Being the self-proclaimed “Jill of all trades”, Stephanie continues her career in marketing and design while she drives back to Orlando frequently to see her best friends, and visit old clients.
