Having graduated from high school in Hawaii, Anna earned a BA at Hood College and a master’s degree at University of Maryland. She and her husband James have homes in Frederick and Sarasota, Florida and enjoy traveling with their 10 children and 2 grandchildren.
Anna owned a counseling, mediation and training company and was a Mediator in the Circuit Court, using her understanding and negotiation skills to help clients reach agreement.
Anna’s hobbies include shark tooth hunting, boating, classical music, writing, and ballroom dancing. Her goal is to visit every national park in the country, and she is well on her way!
Anna believes in giving to the community where you live and has completed many service projects such as Constitution Week chairman raising awareness, distributing constitutions, public speaking, classroom teaching in public schools; coordinated foster care for Small Angels Animal Rescue; organized a food drive that delivered over 10,000 canned goods and non-perishables to the local food bank, organized a women-to-women benefit pop up shop, and organized improvements for a local elementary school and more.
Anna excels at negotiations and education. She published a non-fiction book in 2014 and is an award-winning photographer and writer. She worked as a disaster volunteer with the American Red Cross and is an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

I haven’t always been a Realtor®. However, I have enjoyed a lifetime of experience in all areas of customer service, having been employed in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry for over 35 years. My customer service experience began in 1979 washing dishes at a local bar/restaurant as a high school student. This position led me to my first profession which included purchase, design, ownership, and management of several restaurants in Pennsylvania, two of which I still own and manage from Florida. I have also managed numerous self-owned and client-owned properties with stay lengths on furnished vacation destination properties as short as one day, to those unfurnished properties with leases extending well over five years. I strongly believe that successful property management starts with a high level of customer service to both the tenant and the property owner.

My journey to the world of Real Estate began in much the same way as most of the realtors I’ve ever met. That is to say, it wasn’t my first profession! I am originally from Pennsylvania. I enjoyed a career in education which spanned nearly thirty years. As a Special educator, I facilitated success for students of varying ages and ability levels. I loved every aspect of my career and felt like I had made a positive impact of the students I worked with, as well as their parents. It was immensely rewarding!
I met my husband 23 years ago, and almost immediately became a part of “his” business, which was owning & operating restaurants. I helped mostly as a hostess, but also worked in the kitchen some nights expediting orders. I loved being the person my kitchen staff and servers could count on to make their jobs just a little bit easier. At one point, we owned three active restaurants. As we began the transition to living full-time in Florida, we sold one- leaving us currently with two, which we own and operate from Florida with the help and leadership of an amazing staff.
Fast forward to May of 2019. My husband once again helps to facilitate a career change which I never suspected would happen! I met Anna through him, and began working on her team in June, and became licensed here in Florida in July of 2019. Anna calls me an Executive Assistant, but I think of myself as her “girl Friday.” I work behind the scenes, mostly on the phone, in our paper files, and on the computer. I am once again the person behind the scenes who helps others get their jobs done. It’s a place I love to be, and as I learn more and more about the world of Real Estate, a place I am happy to call Home.
Cristo is a lifetime out-performer. A real estate investor, he brings practical experience and the knowledge of buyer and seller trends to each of his clients. Cristo is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in biology. He worked in a large laboratory in the Washington DC area before he relocated full time to Florida in 2021. Since starting in the real estate field in 2017, Cristo brings a scientific process to real estate. The son of a Civil Engineer, he learned the importance of construction and homes at an early age. His values center around family, faith, and adventure.
Cristo’s track record shows his aptitude for educating and training. During his time as lab supervisor, he trained over 45 scientists, developing and qualifying workflows, writing/revising numerous Standard Operating Procedures, and completed studies to validate results and oversee laboratory automation equipment.
Cristo’s hobbies include kayaking, playing soccer and basketball, traveling abroad, and photography. His football team competed in State Nationals in 2011. His videography of Costa Rica won “Best In Class.” He walked five miles of the Great Wall of China and enjoyed the steep places that seemed like crawling and the feel of walking high atop this ancient ruin. He also enjoyed scuba diving around sunken ships in Panama’s crystal clear waters. He traveled with an American Performance Choir and performed Mozart requiems in the Cathedrals for which they were written, blocks from where Mozart was born Salzburg, Austria.
Cristo believes in giving to the community where you live and has completed many service projects including hours of volunteering organizing storage of food at the local Food Bank, feeding homeless persons; organized and facilitated the IT Division of Saint Peter’s Catholic Church during summer camps for youth. Now Cristo serves on the Good Culture Committee at Showtime Realty that completes a service project each November.

Tiffany El Homsi
Tiffany was raised in Sarasota and is an avid traveler. Of all of the exotic places she has visited, Sarasota remains her favorite place, and she is humbled to live here. Tiffany has a well-versed background in property management and quality control. Originally from New York, Ms. Toler holds an MBA and BBA in Accounting from Adelphi University and a Continuing Education Diploma in Human Resource Management from New York University.
She worked in the corporate world in Manhattan as an auditor and in human resource management. Ms. Toler relocated to Florida in 2002. After working in community management as a portfolio manager, she opened her own association management company in 2006. With a successful 12-year expansion period, she sold the company in 2018.
After working as the Chief Financial Officer for that management company, she left to open an accounting and bookkeeping company at the end of 2019.
Ms. Toler is a license holder in Community Association Management and Real Estate Sales. She is a member of Community Association Institute (West Coast Chapter), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, and Lakewood Ranch Business. Ms. Toler is a strong achiever and successful problem solver. Stephanie was born in Princeton New Jersey but spent every summer in Long Beach Island where her fondest memories of beach life were engrained. She graduated Kutztown University in Pennsylvania with a Fine Arts degree and shortly after moved to Sarasota to attend Ringling School of Art and Design where she earned her Graphic Arts degree.
After Ringling she went to pursue a career in Graphic Arts in Orlando Florida starting with designing in print shops where she learned all about 4 color printing. She then began to work at larger companies in their marketing departments where she learned the ins and outs by taking in every bit of advice and wisdom, she could gain from the people around her.
“I was guided and mentored by some very smart people who are still friends today and I always keep in contact to see what insight I can gain from their ongoing experiences in the industry.”
After working for several companies Stephanie went out on her own, starting her own business, and was able to teach herself website design and video editing as she wanted to be able to do anything her clients desired and not lose the opportunity to learn new things by farming jobs out. Each client and job opportunity was highly rewarding to her.
After being in Orlando over 20 years, opportunity and family drew Stephanie, her significant other and dog Axel back to Sarasota where she is starting another chapter in life.
