Sharon spent 10 years as a New Home Sales Consultant with D.R. Horton, America’s largest homebuilder, where she guided buyers through the entire construction process—from contract to completion and closing. In 2023, she was recognized as the top-producing salesperson in her division.

Her background also includes REO and asset management, property management, and both residential and commercial real estate operations, providing a well-rounded and practical understanding of pricing, risk, and transaction strategy.

Currently, Sharon works in general residential real estate with Showtime Realty Florida, offering builder-informed guidance to buyers and sellers who value experience, clarity, and sound decision-making.

Originally from the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area, she has been a full-time resident of the Sarasota area since 1999.
