We really enjoyed our time here. The property was exactly as advertised. The house was on a quiet street. The master bedroom was on the opposite side from the other two bedrooms which we thought was a great setup. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and it was cleaned twice a week by a service. You can walk to Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, and other stores which was great. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Fit everyone perfectly. Pool is very nice plenty of parking and updated house

We loved our stay at the Pink pineapple. Siesta Village is so easy to get to. Suggest anyone going to take Marina Jack II sunset dinner cruise. Bob was great to work with. We did a lot of beach and pool time. Neighborhood was quiet and next door neighbor was very friendly. We would recommend this place. It was very nice. Thanks for sharing your home.

This is a great house with every amenity (and then some!) in a fantastic neighborhood. There is a community park including two gated dog parks by size. Close to great restaurants and only a 25 minute bike ride to the beach on Siesta Key. The property managers are extremely responsive and made our extended stay perfect. Stellar service. Highly recommended. Thanks All!

We (2 adults 1 teenager) had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated and furnished house. Communication with the management was excellent. Our original flights (from Germany) were canceled and rebooked, and they accommodated us with a change in the travel time. Additionally, we were allowed a late check-out without any problems. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, and you can easily reach Turtle, Siesta, and Lido Beach from the house. The pool was great, although leaves from the large tree in the garden kept falling into it. Thanks to the pool service that came twice a week to clean it, it remained enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and both the master bedroom and the bedroom with the queen-size bed had plenty of storage options for clothing (drawers, clothes racks, and compartments). However, in the bedroom with the two single beds, there was only a very small drawer and a wardrobe to store clothing. Compared to other rental houses in Sarasota, we only found the following minor things missing: there were not enough hanging options for damp shower towels in the bathrooms, and a laundry drying rack was also absent to hang wet clothes that one doesn’t want to put in the dryer. However, we quickly adapted to these very minor circumstances and found solutions. The dishes (plates and small bowls) were made of plastic, which we found somewhat unusual. We haven’t encountered this in any rental property before. We would rent this house anytime again.
