REVIEWS – 1717 Pelican Cove
Our two-month stay at this condo within the Pelican Cove Community was perfect in every way! The unit was spacious and comfortable, the Pelican Cove community was breathtakingly beautiful, and the neighbors were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. In addition, the many educational and cultural programs provided onsite offered stimulating and enjoyable activities on a regular and frequent basis. And finally, our contact agent Melissa was exceptional! She was professional in all regards and prompt in responding to any questions that arose during our stay. We feel fortunate to have discovered this gem of a location and will long treasure the beautiful and memorable time we spent there. Mary Jo B.
The community is incredibly well-maintained and beautiful with water views and remarkable plantings. The people are educated, interesting and very friendly. The community offers concerts, lectures, courses, 41 special interest clubs/groups which are all welcoming. There is not a negative to say! We had an adult friend couple stay with us in the condo one weekend (2 beds/2 baths) with privacy and comfort.
