REVIEWS – 1676 Oak Street
Three Palms Bungalow was perfect for our 10 day stay over the holidays. It was conveniently located near family and friends in the area so we were able to walk to many places. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio. The living room was comfy for the end of the day glass of wine and Netflix viewing. It was an awesome stay and my husband and daughter have already told me they want to stay there again.
Lovely city, great location, well equipped, would do again.
Very quiet neighborhood, close to the bay and beaches. The house was very nice with the old woodwork still in tact. Comfortable bed and well equipped with all the comforts of home. I’d stay here again and am planning on doing so.

This was our 5th or 6th annual visit to this property. It is in a great location. Easily walkable to much of what downtown Sarasota has to offer. The house is cute & cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Love the backyard and grill. We really enjoy grilling a nice fresh seafood dinner “at home” 5-6 nights per week and simply relaxing in the warm evenings.
This is a great property. It’s convenient to restaurants, bars, church and grocery stores. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house has all the comforts of home with a great little back yard. Our time here was so relaxing. We hope to return next year.
The home was very nice and clean. It was also very well equipped with every thing you need and more, including beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The location was very convenient and walkable to downtown restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again.
