Hello, I’m Cathy Lee Neubauer.

I’m a proud Sarasota native and have called this community home for more than 55 years. Growing up here has given me a deep understanding of Sarasota’s neighborhoods, schools, and market trends—insight I’m proud to share with every client I serve.

After graduating from Sarasota High School, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Before transitioning into real estate, I built a strong foundation in service and leadership through my work in healthcare administration at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and later as Director of Senior Services at the Senior Friendship Center. Those experiences shaped my commitment to helping people and strengthening the community I love.

Licensed in real estate since 2000, I specialize in residential real estate while also assisting clients with investment and commercial opportunities. As a member of Showtime Realty, I combine decades of market experience with lifelong local knowledge to help buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions.

My connection to Sarasota extends far beyond real estate. I have served for ten years on local school PTSO boards and volunteered as a College Readiness Coach with Take Stock in Children, a nonprofit scholarship program that supports deserving students in our community.

Married to my high school sweetheart and the proud mother of two sons, family and community remain at the heart of everything I do. It is truly a privilege to serve the place that raised me, and I’m always grateful for the trust and referrals of friends, neighbors, and clients.
