Stephanie is a graduate of the Ringling College of Art and Design with a passion for the Florida lifestyle. She brings creativity, joy, and a keen eye for design to Showtime Realty, crafting stylish, “unboxed” marketing that elevates the company’s presence. Stephanie ensures a consistent brand across platforms, increasing agent recognition and maintaining a polished public image.
She leads large-scale projects such as videos and websites, utilizing AI technology to assist in productivity and creative flair while also managing our YouTube Channels, and many other agent marketing materials and content. Stephanie oversees and develops professional social media and print content and produces engaging and educational videos for The Showtime Academy, our proprietary online training platform for Showtime agents.
NELSON REYES
Associate Broker
Nelson has spent 15 years working in real estate, specializing in the intricacies of title work. He holds a real estate license in Maryland, and has attained his Florida brokers licence, now serving as The Associate Broker at Showtime Realty, adding extended support to our Agents and exceptional service for our clients. With his innate talent for organization and company systems, he plays a key role in the success of Showtime Realty, where his excellent work ethic and attention to detail make him an invaluable addition to the team. Working behind the scenes, Nelson helps with our Property Management systems and many other crucial cogs in the wheel to keep us moving forward!
